Lead Coach & Operations Support
Stefania joined Crescendo as the Lead Coach in 2022. She holds an MEd and has five years of experience as a certified secondary teacher. As Lead Coach, she centers her work around honoring lived experiences and walking beside teachers on their journey within the Equitable Grading Movement. Stefania strives to create a safe space for educators to explore, question, and grow equity-driven mindsets rooted in their values, autonomy, and agency. In doing so, teachers foster student empowerment and ownership of learning that extends beyond grade books and state standards.
